About us

Nyma Tours was founded in 2017 by Julia Mulder. She started the company out of a passion for showing people Nijmegen and helping them to experience the city in a meaningful and enjoyable way.

Julia began by offering guided bike tours, happily taking groups on rides through Nijmegen. Over time, the company has grown, and we now organize a wide range of (corporate) outings. Our offerings have expanded to include walking tours, bird-themed city walks, e-choppers, e-scooters, self-guided tours, and a World War II jeep. In addition, we own a beautiful vehicle—the Solar Train—which we use to tour through the city centre.

Where I once started by guiding people around, I now have an organizing role. With great pleasure, I make sure that everything behind the scenes at Nyma Tours is well taken care of, so that people can enjoy a wonderful day or weekend in Nijmegen and the surrounding area.

Solar Train Coordinator

At Nyma Tours, I am responsible for the planning of the Solar Train. I enjoy creating structure, thinking ahead, and making sure everything runs smoothly. From scheduling rides to answering questions about the Solar Train, I ensure that everything is well organized. This allows our participants to fully relax and enjoy a unique and leisurely ride through Nijmegen.
